Ensemble for construction and EPC

Hours spent retyping figures are hours not spent winning bids.

Ensemble is an AI-native ERP for EPC firms and contractors in the Philippines, fitted to your stages and forms. Its AI handles the routine work around every project, so your team's hours go to winning and building the next one.

An old-school nine-key numpad in cream plastic, seen from above. Its coiled cable runs off to the right, the fn key sits at the centre, and the eight keys around it are printed with the logos of everyday business tools.

The same contract figures, typed into every form.

A progress billing repeats the contract price, the previous billings and the accomplishment to date, and so do the retention claim and the tracker sheet. Each one is typed again. Bid packs run to hundreds of pages, and licenses lapse on their own dates.

None of it wins the next bid. Every project you take on adds more of it, and it takes the hours your team could spend bidding and building.

A contract price of ₱18,600,000, already in the signed contract, typed again into the progress billing, the retention claim and the project tracker.

The bid is the work. Ensemble prepares the documents.

The work has three parts, and Ensemble is built for each. To make sure every document is complete and current, it reads the bid documents, matches their checklist to your company documents and flags what's missing or expiring. To create what you submit, it drafts the cost sheet, forms and letters from your own records. In the back and forth, it drafts clarification questions and compares each bid bulletin with the bid documents. That's the company brain: one record of every bid and the documents behind it. Your team still decides, signs and submits.

I forwarded the warehouse invitation to bid. What are we missing?

› matching · checklist, company documents

One gap: the tax clearance lapses before the bid opening, and finance has a reminder. Everything else is complete and current.

› spinning up · engineering's Ensemble
✓ engineering's Ensemble · replied

Engineering's read: the bid documents give no floor load and no roofing finish. Two clarification questions are drafted for your team to send.

› costing · bill of materials, price list

The cost sheet is built from your bill of materials and price list. The bid forms are drafted once you set the margin.

Questions sent, margin set. What did bid bulletin 1 change?

The bulletin answers both questions and revises one bid form. The packet is updated and ready to sign. Nothing is submitted until your team does.

  • Bid packs, read before the deadline.

Key terms, deadlines and requirements are summarized with the source page beside each, and pre-bid queries are drafted for your team.

  • Licenses that don't lapse unnoticed.

Your eligibility checklist is matched to your documents, and the person responsible is reminded before anything expires.

  • Cost sheets from your own bill of materials.

Built from your price list and markup, with the margin yours to set and the decision to bid your team's.

  • Every project on one page.

Filter by stage, owner and deadline, with a flag wherever the bid, award, contract, orders and bills disagree.

  • Billings that move, and retention that gets claimed.

Each packet is checked before it goes out, statements of account are drafted, and retention is followed to release.

  • Site documents, sent from a phone.

A photo of a delivery receipt or a delay letter is filed to its project, and site progress can be built in where you need it.

  • The leadership view.

Unpaid billings by age, securities about to expire and retention ready to claim, across every project.

Ensemble runs the routine work. Your team goes after the next bid.

On their own, bid packs are summarized, billing packets checked, payment notices read, and expiring licenses and retention ready to claim flagged. Those hours go back into winning work. Your team sets the rules, and anything outside them comes to a person. Ensemble never signs, submits a bid, sends a letter, certifies accomplishment or issues an invoice, and every summary shows the source it rests on.

Built first for EPC firms, fitted to your stages.

Frankenstein is an AI studio in Manila. We build Ensemble, an AI-native ERP, into the way your firm already runs. Our first full builds are for engineering, procurement and construction firms running many projects at once, and Ensemble fits general contractors too. We map how a project moves from invitation to close-out and fit Ensemble to it, one stage at a time.

What contractors ask first.

Can Ensemble make our bids easier to put together?

Yes. Once you have an invitation to bid, it's built to read the bid documents with the source page for each requirement, check your eligibility documents against them, and draft the cost sheet, forms and letters for your team to review and sign.

Will it warn us before a license or permit lapses?

Yes. It's built to keep your PCAB license, PhilGEPS registration, tax clearance and permits on one list with their expiration dates, match that list to each bid's checklist, and remind the person responsible before anything lapses.

Can it help with the back and forth on a bid?

Yes. It's built to draft your clarification questions to the Bids and Awards Committee, and to compare each bid bulletin with the bid documents and flag the dates, specifications and forms it changes. Your team edits, signs and sends every letter.

Does the AI decide whether we bid?

No. It's built to lay out what your team weighs: the requirements, what's still missing, the cost and the deadline. Your people make the call.

What happens when the person who knows our bids leaves?

The record stays with the firm. Ensemble is built to keep every bid's documents, clarification questions, bulletins and cost sheets in one place, show where each bid stands, and answer your team's questions with the source and the date.

Can it keep track of what clients owe us and what we owe?

Yes, working with the accounting system you already have, which keeps the ledger and issues your invoices. Ensemble is built to bring its records in, track unpaid billings by age and what you owe suppliers, follow retention to release and draft statements of account.

How does it start?

With a first session: a working hour, not a sales call. Bring one invitation to bid and leave knowing what's worth building first.

How a first session runs

Make your next bid easier to win.

The first session is an hour, it costs nothing, and it starts when you Talk to us.

Tell us what's slowing you down.

Two or three sentences is plenty. We read every line ourselves, and a person replies.

This goes straight to the three of us. We reply ourselves, and we don't share it.
