What it's like at Frankenstein

A cafe terrace under terracotta arches, glass walls onto a tree-lined street; a water bottle and a coffee cup on a round table, one backpack under a chair and another by the bench.

We're remote-first, with weekly team get-togethers when possible.

We're nomadic, and we pick only the best coffee shops in Metro Manila to work out of. Some projects also include customer visits.

You'll learn from the three of us directly.

You'll get clear goals, a framework to work within, and one-on-one mentorship from our founders.

    Meet Filipino business owners.

You'll also talk with managers and frontline staff, from restaurant and café chains to retailers, and help shape the product that fixes what holds them back.

  • A patch bay, its sockets joined by looped cables.

    Your work reaches real customers.

You'll test new releases with client teams. When something isn't working, whether it's a process or a technical issue, you'll see it through until it's fixed.
