Ensemble for retail chains and brands
Hours spent on reconciliation are hours not spent growing your business.
Ensemble is an AI-native ERP built for retail chains, grocery chains and brands in the Philippines. It matches your sales, stock and payouts across every store, your warehouse, your 3PL and the platforms you sell on, and runs the routine work in between.

The same sale, typed again and matched by hand.
Every sale lands somewhere else: cash in the bank, cards and e‑wallets with their processors, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop in payouts net of fees and tax, COD with the courier. Each arrives on its own date, and someone matches it back to the sale by hand.
Stock is the same. Each store, the warehouse, your 3PL and every platform keeps its own count, so items sell twice and transfers arrive short. None of it sells anything, and every new store or platform adds more.
A day's sales of ₱186,420 land as a ₱92,300 bank deposit, a ₱50,410 card settlement, ₱26,980 in GCash and Maya, and a ₱14,180 Shopee payout, each net of its own fees, and each is matched back to the sale by hand.
Your POS, accounting and payroll stay. Ensemble makes them act as one.
Your webstore, marketplaces, payment channels, couriers and 3PL stay too. Ensemble stitches them together into one record: every sale, payout and stock movement is read once, so your stores, warehouse and head office work from the same numbers. Clean entries go to your accounting.

Think of it as an operating system for your stores, warehouse and head office. It keeps the stock and the money matched, and runs the routine work around them.
Last week's online payouts came in lower than our online sales. Where's the gap?
Most of the gap is commission, fees and withheld tax, split out order by order. The rest is eleven COD parcels returned to sender. Every order is accounted for.
Warehouse's read: nine of the eleven are back at the 3PL. Eight are on sale again, and one came back damaged. Two are still with the courier.
The courier has a follow-up on the two in transit, and every payout is matched. One thing needs you: whether to file a claim with the courier for the damaged parcel.
File it. And the two with the courier?
Filed, with the photos and packing record attached. The two go back on sale as soon as the 3PL receives them.
Store closes, matched to the bank.
Each store's daily sales report is matched to its deposit and to its card, e‑wallet and QR settlements, and any difference gets flagged for your sales team.
Every platform's payout, order by order.
Payouts from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and your payment channels are split into orders, commission, fees and withheld tax, and matched to what was sold.
COD and returns, followed to the end.
Courier remittances are checked against delivered orders and their fees. Each parcel returned to sender is tracked back to the shelf or to a claim.
One count, wherever the stock sits.
Ensemble keeps one count across your stores, the warehouse, your 3PL and every platform, and is built to take an item off sale on every platform when it sells out.
Transfers and 3PL deliveries that line up.
What the warehouse or your 3PL sends is matched to what each store receives, and counts that differ reach inventory control with the slip beside them.
Supplier deliveries, checked line by line.
Each delivery is checked against its purchase order, and anything short, damaged or expired is flagged for your purchasing team.
Expiry dates, logged on arrival.
Perishables and packaged goods are logged with their expiry dates as each delivery comes in. Stock close to its date is flagged for your team to mark down or pull from the shelf.
Every platform kept in step.
Listings, prices, stock, orders and returns move between Ensemble and your marketplaces, webstore, social pages, couriers and 3PL, instead of being keyed in platform by platform.
Customers answered, orders kept moving.
When a customer asks for an item, Ensemble answers with the store that has it and the price, from your real stock and price list. Order and back-in-stock updates go out without anyone typing them.
Quotations and reminders, sent for you.
A bulk or corporate inquiry gets a quotation from your price list, and installment and corporate accounts get balance reminders on the terms you set. Discounts always come to a person.
Ensemble runs the routine work. Your team grows the business.
Replies, order updates, payment reminders and quotations go out on their own, and payouts, deposits and stock stay matched. Those hours go back into selling. Your team sets the rules, and anything outside them comes to a person.

Built for retail chains, grocery chains, brands and online sellers.
Frankenstein is an AI studio in Manila. We build Ensemble around how your business already runs, from the stores to the warehouse, the 3PL and every platform, starting with the people who do the matching. Where a process could run better, we'll say so.
What retailers ask first.
- Do we have to replace our POS?
No. Your BIR-accredited POS keeps issuing invoices, and Ensemble reads each store's close from the reports it already produces.
- Does Ensemble replace our ERP?
Yes. Ensemble is your ERP, with stock, orders, payouts and reconciliation in one record. Your accounting system, POS and payroll stay, and Ensemble works alongside them. We move your records over as part of the build.
- Do we keep our Instagram and Facebook pages?
Yes. Customers keep messaging you where they do today, and Ensemble answers in the same accounts.
- Which platforms and 3PLs does it connect to?
Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, your webstore, payment platforms, couriers and your 3PL. We confirm and connect each account as part of the build.
- Does the AI answer customers on its own?
Yes. It answers routine questions about stock, prices and orders from your own records, and sends order and back-in-stock updates. Your team sees every conversation, and anything outside your rules goes to a person.
- Can it handle the counters we run inside department stores?
Yes. Each department store's monthly sales report is checked against your own sales, and any difference is flagged before you bill.
- Does it work for supermarkets and grocery stores?
Yes. Ensemble logs expiry dates as supplier deliveries arrive and checks each one against its purchase order, in the same record as your sales, stock and payouts.
- Where do our stores, head office and warehouse use it?
In a web app on desktop and tablet. Stores and the warehouse send photos of deposit slips, count sheets and transfer slips by Telegram or email, and each is filed where it belongs.
- How does it start?
With a first session: a working hour, not a sales call. Bring one store's daily sales report and leave knowing what's worth building first.
Start where your stock and money stop matching.
The first session is an hour, it costs nothing, and it starts when you Talk to us.
Tell us what's slowing you down.
Two or three sentences is plenty. We read every line ourselves, and a person replies.
